Terms & Conditions

PRICE	The prices are quoted in US Dollar (USD) FOB Jakarta, Indonesia. The prices are not inclusive of packaging costs, freight charges and export documentation/handling charges.The prices can be changed at anytime without prior notice.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME	A minimum of 5 working days after full payment received is required to allow time for confirming the health condition of fish, conditioning the fish for export, and preparing various export documentation. Careful timing of order placement, funds transfer arrangement, and shipment date is very crucial. Shipment time and date is subjected to the availability of cargo space for the destination.

PACKAGING	All fishes are packed in standard size cardboard box (50cm x 40cm x 32cm OD), lined with pre-formed styrofoam box with lid and double lined PE plastic bags. Each box weighs around 14-16 kg consisting of 4, 6, or 8 bags. Boxes are IATA standard.

CLAIM	Within 24 hours of arrival time, a claim must be reported for DOA coverage. Any shipment without news within 24 hours after arrival, must had been well accepted by consignee.

DOCUMENTATION	Consignee must specify at point of purchase all the documents required to avoid delay in shipment custom clearing. Certificates of Origin, Health Certificate, etc. will be furnished upon request and documentation charges will be included in the invoice.

PAYMENT	For new buyer, advance payment by Telegraphic Transfer in full is required prior to shipment to cover freight charges, cost of goods, packaging cost, export documentation/handling charges as stated in Proforma Invoice. Credit terms can be negotiated upon establishment of frequent/regular business.
